Douglas L. Mitchell is the founder, President and CEO of Grace Realty Group, Inc. Since 2003, Mitchell has created a company roadmap, leading GRG to a future of sustained growth and prosperity. His vision for the company includes taking advantage of the many opportunities to be found in the real estate marketplace.

In addition to leading the company, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for property acquisition, disposition and redevelopment. He oversees the planning and monitoring of the company's financial performance and management of the liquidity, profitability and capital structure of the company and its investments.

Mr. Mitchell is the CEO of The Grace Fund LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The $20 million mortgage fund was organized in 2006 to provide financing for the Acquisition and Development needs of projects purchased by Grace Realty Group, Inc. and its affiliates.

Professional Experience
Upon being discharged in 1970 after a stint in the U.S. Army and a tour of duty in Vietnam, Mr. Mitchell entered the construction trades. He soon advanced to supervisor and project manager and was given the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the construction of several major commercial buildings from the ground up, including industrial, multi-family residential, shopping centers and office projects. Mr. Mitchell has over thirty-five years of practical experience in the construction field.

Over the years, Mr. Mitchell has been personally responsible for the purchase, financing, management and disposition of over $120 million of commercial real estate, including numerous multi-family complexes totaling over 2,300 units in Illinois, New York, Oklahoma and Florida. He has purchased, refurbished and sold numerous single family homes in Florida.

Mr. Mitchell currently owns two Florida shopping centers totaling nearly 200,000 square feet, which are being redeveloped. He is co-developer of two ultra luxury ocean-access waterfront projects in Florida, including a new 43-unit townhouse complex in Miami Beach and several existing multi-family buildings on the Isle of Venice, an island in the exclusive Las Olas district of Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Mitchell is a Florida licensed mortgage broker.

Ms. Mitchell, is originally from the Chicago area. She was employed for 25 years by Abbott Laboratories, a Fortune 500 company, before retiring from the corporate life to pursue private business opportunities with her husband, Doug.

Drawing from her corporate experience, she is well equipped to handle the administration of Grace Realty Group, Inc. as well as all its affiliates. Her expertise complements Doug’s talents and together they make a creative and dynamic team. She is also a Florida licensed Realtor.

Bonnie Goldstein
Investor Relations

Both new and established investors in The Grace Fund appreciate Ms. Goldstein’s expert knowledge regarding legal paperwork necessary to set up new accounts, maintain and/or change account information and interest payments. She answers any questions regarding standard policies or advises when other professionals (legal or tax reporting for instance) should be involved for investor safety.

Ms. Goldstein is responsible for ensuring that all investor files are in compliance with The Grace Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum. She works with IRA Trust Administrators and knows what it takes to keep our investors’ accounts in order and up to date. Her patience and attention to detail are a couple of her biggest assets.

A licensed real estate broker for25 years, her knowledge of Florida real estate law and her experience with lenders, attorneys, appraisers, insurance agents, etc. comes in handy when GRG is preparing to close on a property.

Bonnie very competently “holds down the fort” when upper management is not in the office. We trust her reliability, initiative and judgment when it comes to the best interests of Grace Realty Group.
